Managing your account settings is a great way to personalize and make the most of your experience on Olympia. From updating personal information to adjusting preferences, this guide walks you through the various options available to customize and secure your account effectively.

First, let’s navigate to your account settings.

  1. Sign in to your Olympia account.
  2. Click on your profile image located at the bottom left of your screen.
  3. Finally, click ‘Account Settings’ from the menu that appears.

Next, let’s explore each tab in your account settings to ensure you’re familiar with everything:

User Profile

Name: Update your display name. Our assistants address you by using this name, which is present throughout your Olympia interface.

Email: Update the email address associated with your Olympia account. After entering a new email address, a confirmation email will be sent to verify it. Once confirmed, this email address will be used for signing in.

Avatar: Change your profile image. This image is displayed when chatting with your assistants and on your dashboard.

Time zone: Update your time zone. This helps your assistants reference your local time and ensures that dates and times on your dashboard are accurate and relevant

Preferred Language: This setting will change the language throughout the Olympia interface. By default, your assistants will still speak to you in English. If you ask them to speak to you in your preferred language, they will refer to this setting and switch from English.

Custom Instructions:

Custom instructions let you personalize how Olympia assistants interact with you. Set your preferences, and we’ll remember them for all future interactions. Read this article for a comprehensive guide on Custom Instructions and how to maximize their benefits.

Integrations:

Here, you’ll find third-party services that can be integrated into Olympia to enhance the capabilities of your assistants. Keep an eye on our newsletter for updates as we work to implement more integrations.

Premium Credits:

Here you can find and manage your premium credits, which are used for accessing premium features such as certain integrations not included in our standard plans. This is also where you’ll top up your credit balance by clicking the “Add Credits” button. Clicking the date on an entry in your payment history will open a receipt for that payment.

Usage Log:

The usage log tracks your interactions with Olympia and their associated costs. For most users, usage is primarily included in their plan. However, for those who frequently use integrations and premium features, the usage log provides valuable insights to help track expenses.

Update Password:

Keep your account secure by updating your password. Simply enter your current password, then your new password, and then confirm the change.

Manage Account and Users:

On this page, you can manage various aspects of your account, such as adding or removing users and granting them admin rights. Clicking the “Edit account details” button will provide access to more sensitive options, such as updating your account name, transferring ownership, or deleting your account.
