Similar to reference materials, valuable conversations can be saved as a reference for your clone. Reference conversations can serve various purposes, such as training data for improving your clones responses, analysing user interactions, or simply keeping a record of important discussions.

Let's walk through the process of saving reference conversations:

  1. Head to your Clone Master dashboard.
  2. Upon reaching your dashboard, you'll find all ongoing conversations with your clone displayed in the left-hand column. Click on the conversation you would like to save as a reference.
  3. Locate the downward arrow beneath the conversation title and click it.

<aside> 👀 When you click the arrow, your clone will perform a confidentiality check to ensure none of your confidential information is shared. The duration of this process may vary depending on the length of your conversation.

  1. Once your clone completes the confidentiality check, a pop-up will appear. Here, you can decide whether to adjust the default title and summary. You can also manually mark or unmark a conversation as confidential in this section.

Confidential conversations only show up in knowledge base queries for their associated client. In other words, if you mark a conversation as confidential, your clone will use it as reference material only for the client with whom the conversation occurred.

Now that you’ve saved the conversation as a reference, your clone will begin to reference it in future interactions.
