Transform any ordinary conversation into a publicly shareable dialogue to exchange ideas and collaborate effectively.

First, let’s start with the basics and show you how to find and use this feature.

1. Navigate to your Olympia dashboard and open the conversation you want to share publicly.

2. Next, type “/” in the text field to reveal the conversation settings, then select “/public” to make the conversation accessible via a shareable link.

<aside> 💡 To make a conversation private again, use the same / menu and select the “/private” option.

1. Now that your conversation is public, you’ll notice a new link icon at the top of the conversation window. Click it to view your public conversation; you’ll see that it’s displayed differently compared to how it appears on your dashboard. For the convenience of those you share the conversation with, a date, summary, and subject tags are prominently displayed at the top.

1. Next, just copy the link and share it with anyone you want to view the conversation and you’re all set.
