Our latest integration with Google empowers our AI consultants to efficiently manage your Google Inbox and send emails on your behalf, ensuring they reflect your identity rather than appearing as an Olympia assistant. This guide will comprehensively detail the features and provide step-by-step instructions to set up and utilize this powerful integration.

<aside> 💡 This feature is currently in its beta phase, and Google has limited the number of users who can access it while we work towards full approval. At present, only selected Pro Plus accounts have access. Once the approval process is complete, we will roll out open access to all users.

First, let's connect your Google account.

  1. Navigate to your dashboard, click on your profile image in the bottom left corner of the window, and select "Account Settings.”
  2. Click the "Integrations" tab, then select the "Connect" button next to the Gmail option.
  3. In the Google pop-up window, select your Google account, review the requested permissions, and click "Allow" to complete the connection.

Exploring Use Cases

Now that you're connected, let's explore some use cases to help you maximise the potential of this integration.

Send an email as yourself via Olympia: Skip the hassle of copying and pasting from Olympia to your inbox. Simply have an assistant craft the email within the chat window and change the "From" address to send it directly from your account.

Check inbox: Continuing with the basics, you can have a consultant to check your inbox for you. You can also specify parameters such as emails from a certain person, starred emails, labels, and specific subjects.

Check for important items: Another great use is to have your consultant check your inbox for any crucial items they deem important. You can have them draft a response or provide insights on how best to respond.

For instance, you could schedule a consultant to wake up 30 minutes before you start your day to check for any urgent matters that need immediate attention. Find all emails related to a specific subject: Have a consultant handle the tedious task of searching through your emails for specific subjects, senders, or recipients. They can even sort the results in an order that best suits your needs.
