Pro Plus members can directly upload files into their chats with Olympia assistants. This feature allows you to easily add documents to your conversations, providing context or detailed information seamlessly without the need to manually type it out in the chat.
Here’s how you can take advantage of file uploads:

- Navigate to your dashboard and start a conversation with the agent you want to discuss your document with.
- Locate the document upload button on the bottom right of your screen and click it.
- On the next page, click "Choose file," locate your file, and click "Upload." You can also leave instructions for your consultant, which will be sent as a prompt once the document upload is complete.
- Now that the document is uploaded and added to your conversation, your consultant can reference it at any time.
Additional Considerations:
- The maximum file size is 10 MB.
- Your uploaded files will provide context to your ongoing conversation, up to a limit of 10,000 characters. The assistants are aware of this character limit and will notify you if you inquire about content they don't have access to.
- Files should be in text-friendly formats. Essentially, any file that can be scanned and converted into text, excluding images and videos, should work.

Managing Your Upload Library
As your document library grows, you might find it helpful to make key information easily accessible to your consultants, ensuring it remains readily available.
- To locate your upload library, go to your conversation dashboard and click on the upload icon located at the bottom left of the window.
On the following page, you'll find a history of all the documents you've uploaded across your conversations. Each entry will feature a three-dot menu, offering several options for each document.
